| This is Bethany's husband, Jonathan.
Bethany has forgotten about this world called Xanga so i decided to post for her.
Bethany got married four months ago to Jonathan Chu Bethany has two dogs now Eliza, the border terrier mix, and Henry, the american eskimo. Bethany still lives in Memphis. Bethany still is a sign language interpreter. Bethany still plays guitar, well kinda, when Jonathan makes her at least Bethany is enjoying married life and as she calls it, "her new favorite thing."
So...that is the update at the moment. Till the next hijacking of Bethany Nobles Chu's xanga, this is Jonathan Chu, signing off.

| Sorry, I'm just not a "spill your guts on a keyboard" kind of person. I spill my guts in person though. Quite readily.
Those of you reading Jonathan's xanga have been reading about my new "runner" status. I'm enjoying it most of the time. Just about every run though I hit a time where I think....what the heck was I thinking starting a hobby that hurts! Then i remember that "love is a marathon" (as some wise songwriter once said) and that this is teaching me that not everything in life that I want to do will come easily. Just like love, running hurts sometimes. But, it improves you immeasurably. And it's well worth it.
Yes, I'm seriously in love with a seriously wonderful man. And i'm not ashamed to say/type it! (you may vomit now)

| Yes I know. I'm delinquent. However, I do have justifiable reasons that we won't go into here. Today, Jonathan comes home from his mission trip to China and I can hardly contain myself I'm so excited to see him and hear all about what God's done. Not to mention the pictures!!! So, as I impatiently wait for 10pm to arrive, I figured I'd catch you all up on what's been shakin' in Bethanyland.
Well, This summer I worked at a garden center and learned an inordinate amount of information about plants. I also sweated enough to fill a good sized lake and bought (or rescued just before their demise) enough plants to turn my little apartment patio into a veritable jungle. It's GREAT...until I forget about the watering it every morning...then it's sad. But it always perks back up after a sincere apology, a good watering, and some good ole fashion worm poop (the hippest organic fertilizer). It's actually called worm castings but that's just so it'll sell. Now that summer is officially over and school has officially begun again, I no longer am subjecting myself to working in a sauna, albeit a really pretty one. I'm back working at the high school and learning so much about culture and language. Mostly the culture and language that come from the areas generally spotlighted on the evening news for being the proud hosts of the 110th murder in Memphis for the year. Fortunately, at school, there's a new sheriff in town and he's layin the law down around our little White Station town. For those of you who aren't big western movie fans, that means we have a new principal. The environment of the school is so much calmer and less "I think I could get caught up in a mob fight any minute now". So, that's a plus. I have new pictures of andersen but they're not uploading for some reason. I just have to wait for my favorite IT guy to get home so he can help me.:) Hope you guys enjoyed your update and I'll try to do another one sooner next time. I still read everybody else's though! | | |
| Here are some pics taken with a real camera last night. I just love them! His fingernails are so long! And he kept trying to suck on his hand (that little sucker). I'm going to see him today so there may be more pictures. You'd better get used to this, I'm feeling a very proud aunt-like feeling coming on :)

| Just thought I'd annouce it here first! Andersen James Henry FINALLY came into the world about 9pm on May 12 2006. He started trying to come into the world at 5am May 12. He had a long day. So did my sister and the rest of us who just waited and waited. Turned out, he has a big head and it wouldn't fit. So they had to do a C-section. But not before my determined little nephew tried so hard to escape that he got himself a bruise and an abrasion on his head! He's stubborn like his mama!! Here are the few pictures I got on my phone. I'll post clearer ones soon. He's perfect and wonderful and he loves his aunt B!
